Our Pilates experts are all qualified to use Pilates to actively rehabilitate the core stability of muscles on the trunk and limbs.


Through 1 to 1 lessons with the Athlete Matters Pilates expert, we are able to use Pilates thoroughly to treat your injury with corrective exercises and prevent its resurgence by focusing on strengthening your muscles.


This will improve sporting performance by rebalancing your stretching and strengthening the appropriate muscles.


We also run a weekly athlete-specific core stability class, run by athletes for athletes with specific exercises for your sport.
