At Athlete Matters we identify and treat the causes of injury and provide a swim specific exercise programme to can help prevent recurrence and maximize performance.
We can also provide a screening service to identify potential sources of injury, therefore reducing out of water time and prevent injury. We run Core Stability sessions designed for individual swimmers or groups, to aid stability in the water with the result being increased speed and reduction of overuse injuries. These are available by arrangement with squads, please contact for further details. Injury prevention services also include sports massage.
