We have four Private consulting rooms, a fully equipped Exercise Studio for classes, cardiovascular training and resistance training including a Pilates Reformer.

Athlete Matters treat all sports injuries regardless of the sport and our list of experts is growing all the time. Our team includes Physiotherapists who work with International standard athletes and we aspire to give ALL our patients the same top level of treatment.

Classes timetable

Triathlon & Cycling

Our team have lots of experience dealing with all levels of cyclists and triathletes. We will be able to diagnose your injury and advise you best on how to continue training so as not to lose fitness. If your injury problems persist beyond 72 hours it is best to book a consultation.

Golf

At Athlete Matters we identify the cause of your problem by analysing your biomechanics; this may include your golf swing. This will enable us to effectively settle the symptoms with Physiotherapy techniques including the provision of a strength and conditioning exercise programme to prevent recurrence.

Swimming

Whether you are close to your regional or national qualifying time or just a few seconds off representing your country, or you just want to improve on your swimming ability, or even speed you will benefit from our swim services.
