New – Tai Chi Classes
Tai Chi Classes just started this summer on Tuesday mornings.
They have proved very popular so we will be running them with Jason, the Instructor over the summer. Contact us to find out more

Flora London Marathon
Congratulations to Andi Jones who finished 13th in the Flora London Marathon, to top this years’ British rankings, with Tomas Abyu 19th, and to all of our clients who completed the course. Congratulations also to Simon Horsfield for winning the AAAs U20 1500m he currently tops Europe’s Under 20 rankings at 3000m with 8:06. Well done also to another athlete who has gained International recognition is Oriel Hardman. Oriel is representing Great Britain at under 18 level, at the World Youth Olympics in Italy over 800m.

Finally in triathlon congratulations to 17 year old Aimee Backhouse of team athlete matters for her debut at Olympic distance finishing second in the senior Elite field at the Liverpool International triathlon. Our very own Paul Savage finished 8th in the male elite race at Liverpool and went on to finish 7th in the European Championships in Holland.

Manchester Phoenix
We are proud to continue our work with the Manchester Phoenix Ice Hockey team for the 2009-10 season and look forward to meeting the new squad soon for Core Stability
training and Injury prevention and management.

Paul Savage has joined us full time
